Whenever any woman purchases a pant, it is their husbands who go into panic mode. This is because they all know they would get the dreaded question - do these pants make me look fat? To be honest, there is no right way to answer this question. But the good thing is there is a right way to purchase pants which would not just help relieving husbands of questions they don't want to hear but at the same time get them all excited by just one look at you.

 The fact is, it does not matter if you fall under the plus size category. If you buy the right pants for you, it will look absolutely stunning on you. The biggest mistake most women make is to visit a retail store that does not specialize in their size.

They end up getting something that is a compromise for them and hence it obviously does not fit them as well as they would like.  The other must have which I would really recommend is having a great pair of jeans with you. It is so unfortunate that many plus size women feel jeans are not meant for them. On the contrary, if you buy jeans that are designed and cut for plus size women, then it will be one of the best pair of clothes you can have in any category. Jeans will actually make you look stunning and make your husband go all gaga over you. I personally prefer the boot cut jeans or the dark wash skinny jeans.

 They just make you look so appealing and if you haven't tried them out, you will be quite surprised by how they make you appear Rounding off my top three favorite plus size women's pants would be the crop pants. From Belle Crop Pants to Marlene Crop Pants, I love them all.

Women's Pants in the Office

There was a time in history when ladies did not wear pants in public. They occasionally wore pants when they were working around the home or in the fields, but they never wore them to town. It was considered inappropriate attire for a female to have anything but a dress or skirt on. That is why the side saddle was invented. So a lady could ride a horse while wearing her dress.

As time progressed people became more accustomed to seeing ladies in long britches and the pantsuit was not the only dungarees that females wore to town anymore.

 Ladies began to wear khakis, and to wear denim jeans, and other long britches when they were shopping, when they were at home, and even to the office. Today women's pants are accepted in the office, but there are some fashion tips that are not spoken, but accepted. When ladies wear these items to work in offices they wear dress slacks and not jeans. They generally wear the clothing with shirts that are dressier than the ones they would wear at home.

 The ladies wear flats or dress shoes with the ensemble and do not wear tennis shoes or athletic shoes to the office. Fashion trends come and go. The length of skirts has changed from maxi, to mini, to somewhere in the middle, to any length you choose.

The wearing of britches has also gone through changes throughout the years and this is one fashion trend the ladies will never totally get rid of.
